Operation Carebear was founded by Wanda Sisco and Paul Lofgren as a way to give back to our community.

Our motto is: 1 bear at a time

mission statement : to help comfort children in need.

our goal is to collect and distribute 1000 teddy bears by Dec 5th 2010.

They will be distributed to Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, & EMS Personnel as well as children in hospitals.

We are a non profit organization. We ask for no money at all, we are asking only for 1 good , used or new Teddy bear to be donated in your name or annonomously .

The bear of your choice big or small , clean not torn or damaged so that you can help us put a smile on children's faces that are in need.
