Hey all you INSANE peeps!! It's me DJ HotPants (some of you know me as xXVousAimerXx in pogo or as Captain Maverick likes to call me "xXx" or "SPANKY").
At the time I am writing this, I have only been DJ'ing for approximately 6-7 weeks. I have to admit, I thought that some of the other DJ's whom approached me about DJ'ing were crazy. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it. However, in this short time I have come to love it! I have made a ton of new friends and have reconnected with some old friends as well and its all been AWESOME. Music is an universal language so no matter what language we speak, religion, gender, race...whatever the case may be, music is good for the soul and brings us together in a positive way.
What else can I say about myself? I was born and still reside in
Chicago. As many of you know, I am a HUGE Chicago Cubs fan. If you "diss" my
Cubs, you better watch out (lol j/k). Alot of people think this town is called
the WINDY CITY because of the weather. WRONG lol, it has to do with the politics
of this great City lol. So see, not only did you enter this site for some great
tunes, you learned some not so useful information that you can share with your
friends lol.
Anyway, enough of my
yapping. Let me close by saying I love Dj'ing, I love music, all genres except a
couple of them, and will play anything I have in my playlist for you. If there
is something that you do not find in my playlist and its not of any racial or
serious offensive manner (deemed by me of course lol), then I will do my best to
obtain that for you and play it as well. Afterall, this site is for you all, the
listeners. You all are what makes INSANE RADIO ROCK!! I hope you enjoy my shows
and I am always up for suggestions/ideas to make my shows even better. So check

P.S. I am making a disclaimer on my DJ name (lol). DJ Capt Maverick [aka Capt
PITA (Pain In The Ass)]- made it for me and then it took on a life of its own
(and that is no understatement lol). That is how the name DJ HotPants came to
